“I booked 2 rooms but when we checked in only had one room available . We were stay hotel to waiting and no one can tell us when can we get it, after 3 hours finally have. This room smell was terrible you can tell someone was smoking.”

“整体滿意。要贊一下賓客關係部的Chris 事前貼心的安排。入住期間有突發事情，也很感謝Arya一直的協助。漢普閣內的bar工作人員有礼及勤快。普遍員工都很熱情有礼。表現一般是漢普閣下午茶的工作人員。沒提供足夠資訊给客人如食物擺放位置，員工很多但找人難，因聚在一起傾計。 整體还是高分的，会推薦給朋友。”
