"Absolutely awful experience. First day I check in, there are bugs EVERYWHERE. Sheets were not clean, floor was dirty, the condo was not cleaned prior to moving in. Appliances don't need connect to the outlets because their plugs are the wrong type. I messaged the owner twice about the bugs, and despite multiple bug traps and sprays, there are still bugs everywhere. "Our stay at Shangrila was lovely. The staff were very helpful and polite, and we felt welcome at every point of our stay. All the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. The location was perfect with multiple excellent restaurants and shopping mall and stores close by. Everything was were walking distance. The amenities and access to certain services in Shangrila were amazing, but there was a few issue with our room. Namely, our shower door had a problem closing. I requested an updated remodeled room, instead we got the oldest room and like has not been updated since the 1990s. This was requested early in advance prior to our arrival. However, the staff and location made up for it. We would happily stay here again, if they guarantee the room will be the remodeled one!"
