“On arrival, the room was FULL of dead bugs everywhere. Hundreds. Dirty dishes in dishwasher. Kitchen sink had sticky red substance on it. Kitchen counters had dusty layer. Microwave readout didn't work so you had no idea of cooking time. No way to set it. Dryer did not work. When I contacted the company that managed it and told them about all the dead bugs and the rest of the unclean issues, they assured me they would have someone out to deep clean first thing in the morning. Didn't happen.……

“It was a great holiday in a stunning location. We enjoyed the convenience of being in a ground floor unit. A couple of concerns/issues: the kitchen faucet needs changing and it was inconvenient that the pull out bed didn’t work, as my sister & I needed our own beds. There was also a strange outbreak of creepy wormy bugs in the bathroom one night, probably from the drains? But was beyond control is my guess? Overall, a gorgeous place to stay. ”

“It was a beautiful view and it was pretty comfortable for two women with separate bedrooms. The remodeling was very pretty. We appreciated the location for ease of traveling around the island. “The view from the balcony was nice, ocean from the side. The bed was great and it was the best stocked kitchen in a VRBO that we have ever had. Kristen was terrific and very responsive.
