The property is situated in a residence, in the town center. The domicile is popular also because of its sunny location. Available for use are: sunshade, sun lounger, and garden furniture. **Holiday resort** National category 3 stars, 14 accommodations, reception (safe), bar and internet (Wi-Fi). The reception is open from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The bar is located in Hotel Alpi (next to the residence). In this hotel, there is also the possibility to have lunch or dinner (between 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. and between 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.). **Location** Malcesine. The studio is located in a residence, on a garden plot. The residence is just a few steps from the centre of Malcesine, surrounded by a park with beautiful olive trees, making it a charming and quiet place. Ideal for stays with family or friends. Park mit Olivenbäumen, Swimmingpol Whirlpool. Günstiger Preis. Dafür 5 Sterne! Das wars aber auch schon. Die Wohnung selbst war so ziemlich ungeputzt. An allen Schränken, waren Fettfinger. Das Geschirr war kaum gespült, Gläser hatten Fettränder und Reste vom Vormieter. Sowie auch das Besteck. Töpfe nicht sauber. Pfanne nicht nutzbar, war komplett verkratzt! Keine Betten, nur Wolldecken, Hatten - Gott sei Dank - unsere eigenen Betten dabei Die Wohnung selbst sehr hellhörig, Man hört jedes Geräusch vom Haus. Aus dem Whirlpool wurden wir um 19 Uhr vertrieben, obwohl es in der Beschreibung heißt, (Zettel im Eingang der FEWOS) dass der Pool und Whirlpool bis 21 Uhr geöffnet ist! Auch die Beschreibung der Adresse sehr schlecht, die Adresse stimmte nicht, das Navi schickte uns jedesmal bis ans Ende von Malcesine und dort war nichts. Wir mussten uns 30 Minuten durchfragen. Die richtige Adresse wäre Via Gardesana Centro 256 gewesen. Nicht Via Gardesana 258! Das dazugehörige Hotel Alpi wurde in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt. DORT ist die Anmeldung, was wir auch nicht wussten! Trotz allem, wenn man alles nochmal selbst putzt und desinfiziert, vielleicht eigenen Wasserkocher (war keiner vorhanden) und Kaffeemaschine (war nur eklig) mitbringt, "kann" man bei dem günstigen Preis und der Toplage, darüber wegsehen. ##### Maria H. 2025 年 5 月入住 7 晚 ### 4/10 很差 #### Katja V. 2024 年 6 月 2 日 满意：清洁度 #### Falsche Angaben seitens der Agentur Ich fragte vor der Buchung nach, ob es der Schlafraum und der Wohnraum zwei separate Zimmer seien. Mir wurde es bestätigt. Leider war dem nicht so. Es war ein grosser Raum und die Betten waren durch einen Schrank voneinander getrennt.
