The space

Master Bedroom 1: King Bed | Living Room: Queen Sleeper Sofa

From fluffy robes to fresh towels and a cozy fireplace, this unit has everything you could need for an ideal mountain getaway. Upon arrival, step outside to the patio to take in the views of Mammoth Mountain and the surrounding area.

After a day on the slopes whip up a batch of chicken noodle soup in the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen features brand new appliances so cooking is stress-free. Enjoy family dinners around the 4 person dining table while the fire warms the room.

The master bedroom sleeps 2 on a luxurious king bed, made with mountains of pillows and plush bedding. After a hot bath, slip into your rob and enjoy a show on the flat-screen cable TV. The living room offers additional sleeping for 2 on the newly upgraded queen-sized sleeper sofa.

No matter the season you can take advantage of the fabulous community amenities. The outdoor pool and hot tub are heated year-round, offering a place to warm chilly bones or relax under sunny skies.

Great Mountain location
We stayed for several days of skiing and thoroughly enjoyed it. The rental unit was in very good condition and the proximity to the ski lifts is fantastic. Very solid amenities as well. We couldn’t have asked for a better host in Drew, helped with whatever we needed throughout our stay, including restaurant recommendations, details re local weather conditions, etc. Thanks!

Perfect ski in/ski out condo for couple.
Located in the Sunstone Condos just above Juniper Springs and Eagle Lodge, this is a true ski in/ski out condo. Well laid out and comfortably furnished. Perfect for a couple. Host Drew is fantastic. He reached out to me to see if I wanted to check in early, and when we got caught in a blizzard and couldn't get out extended check out. Incredibly nice guy and nice condo. I will definitely stay here again.

Working Trip
I was in Mammoth for 3 days while working in Lee Vining, so I pretty much used this condo for sleeping only. It was perfect for me. Easy to get to, about a mile out of town. Very clean, quiet, easy access, plenty of parking, and well stocked. It has a small balcony with an OK view, but at lease you can get some air. I'd recommend party of two only, or party of 2 plus small kid(s). Its' small, but perfect for 2 adults.

Cozy condo - direct ski in and ski out
We had a lovely stay at Drew's condo. Everything was exactly as described. Perfect for skiing in Winter (we were there in July and had to drive to skiing). Underground parking, clean, comfortable bed - who could ask for anything more! Would definitely stay there again.

Great Location, Beautiful Getaway
Had a great time in Mammoth and this was the perfect spot. Was able to not only spring ski, but also enjoy the pool and spa at the condo. Kitchen was well equipped for making meals in the condo, but the only thing we couldn't seem to find were bowls (other than mixing bowls) - we were glad we hadn't planned on making soup, ha! Otherwise a great and comfortable stay.

Enjoyed the location of the property but don’t plan to work while you are there. The wifi for the resort is mediocre and cell signal isn’t that great (Verizon and T Mobile). Otherwise a great property for a winter getaway.

Location is key.
The location and access to Eagle lift is unbeatable in our opinion. The grand lobby area was a great space to hang out. However, this unit is not equipped for a family if 4 with teenagers. The kitchen lacked supplies. The dining table was very unsafe and uncomfortable. The pull out sofa was the most uncomfortable we have ever come across. This unit needs an overhaul with furniture and supplies. That being said, if you have only 2 people or maybe one child, this space would accommodate you.

Fun family ski experience!
This condo was perfect for our family! I enjoyed being right next to Eagle Lodge and lift and our boys enjoyed all the snow just right outside of the condo's patio. The owner was quick to respond to our (many) questions. We had a great experience!

This property was 100% incredible!
Seriously my husband and I had the most romantic getaway for our five year wedding anniversary. It was close enough to everything and yet far enough away to have the most incredible views. The hot tub and pool area was perfect. The lobby with a raging fireplace was insane! Seriously, could not get enough of this place! If it wasn’t so expensive, I would 100% book it all the time!

Great ski in/ski location for a stay at Mammoth. The gym and the internet service that serves this facility could use a bit of a boost (for those days when you are stuck inside when it snows)...but you can't go wrong with this location. The owners of this property were great to deal with as well.

Two of us stayed for a long weekend and it was perfect. Quite, clean and in the heart if it all. We rented bikes and rode to the lakes basin. The hot tub on the property was great and it is right at the bottom of the ski hill so I cannot wait to come back and stay during ski season. The host answered any question quickly if needed also. Highly recommend

Summer vacay to remember
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect place for our summer vacation. The parking is so convenient. We had a Thule box on top of our Tahoe and we’re worried about parking in a garage, but there was more than enough room. We’ve stayed in condos in the past and there are always so many stairs. Sunstone has an elevator! We really appreciated the hotel carts for transporting all of our stuff. The bedroom was great and our two kids slept on the pullout couch. There is a beautiful trail right by the place. We loved it. And we loved hiking up the hill by the Eagle lodge that was covered in wild flowers. My only minor complaint is the patio door. It was really difficult to lock. Maybe include a tutorial for the door. By day three, we had it down though. We will definitely stay at Sunstone again.
