“The river was right outside from our private patio. There was a river walk all the way from the motel into town one way and the other way out to lake michigan.It was nice to walk that early in the morning, or later after dinner.Completely safe.It was great that the motel was pet friendly too.. “This was a very average, no frills stay. Our room had no desk, side chair or lamp; other than the lights between the beds. The rooms are very basic with no frills. Bed was fairly comfortable. Hotel noise level was low. Breakfast was somewhat limited, and the same both days. All carbs plus bad eggs and no fresh fruits. I think the overall value was poor. The room should be priced under $100/nt.”

A microwave would be helpful.We had a little trouble getting inside and there was no information card inside the home with wi-fi, tv, and basic home info. But we contacted the owners successfully.
