"The property is in a perfect location to enjoy everything that Manitou has to offer. As well as walkable to downtown. Easy in and out with you vehicle as well if your visiting nearby attractions by car. And the Hosts are fantastic"

"Nice place to stay"

"Our stay was very pleasant and staff was wonderful."

"We stayed here two years ago and they were in the process of remodeling. They have made beautiful changes to the property. The place was clean. The one improvement I would suggest is better internet. The TV kept freezing up. We would for sure stay here again and recommend it to our friends."

"Overall experience was excellent"

"Very cute and cozy. Great location to everything in Manitou Springs."

"Beautiful views"

"Very very clean and kept up for an older motel. I was very comfortable"

"My husband and I had an amazing trip to Manitou staying in this beautiful place. We were able to walk from where we were staying to the Main Street to shop and look at all the cool buildings. We would definitely come back again to stay."

"Not what we expected at all, room was clean but did not know it is an old motel that did some updates to the rooms. Also it took us about an hour to check-in and there was a few others walking around outside to find someone that worked there so they can check-in as well. They should disclose it's not a separate dwelling and that's it's a motel and no one in the office ever."

"Super awesome place to stay. Felt very welcomed and everyone was super nice. Really enjoyed the breakfast."

"This is an excellent place to stay to visit a lot of destinations like Garden of the Gods, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, Pikes Peak, Cave of the Winds, and downtown Manitou Springs. We felt safe and the neighborhood was pretty quiet. There was no problem walking downtown after dark to visit eating and shopping establishments."
