“When we checked in Friday, that was the only time the pool had towels. This definitely needs to be better maintained. The elevators need to be inspected - flicker lights constantly in one, and we got stuck in the other one for 30 seconds at one point. We did not request a handicap suite, but got one, which is fine. The room was clean and spacious. When we needed extra towels, they were brought up within 5 minutes. The breakfast spread was good, nice variety. HUGE ISSUE, and the reason this……

“Breakfast wasn’t the best. Needs more options. The bedroom looked really clean and good, it’s just they have a small problem with lady bugs, other than that, really good experience. The kids have a lot to do too! Very kid friendly!! 10/10. ”

“Breakfast was good, staff was rude, pool had no towels and no lighting. When asked staff, they said they only had 3 towels for the roughly 10 people in the pool. The room air unit was bringing in cigarette smell from somewhere and stunk up our room. ”
