Kevin and Michelle have thought of everything and were excellent with communicating details for directions and check in/out times. The location is brilliant, so close to St Ives and Carbis Bay, and the main bus route is right on the main road. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here. "

"The staff were very kind and friendly. The breakfasts were very good. The sad thing was the view from our window. It was facing a brick wall. Other rooms seemed to have views of the magnificent countryside. I think with what we paid we should have had a room with a view. Maybe it was because we booked through Hotel.com."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Marazion Hotel. The location is perfect, with stunning views, and the hotel itself is beautifully presented. Our original room was spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. The restaurant deserves a special mention – both dinner and breakfast were outstanding, with excellent food and attentive service. Every member of staff we met was warm, friendly and professional. We did experience an unexpected room change due to a maintenance issue, and although the replacement room wasn’t quite to the same standard as our original room, the team handled our concerns with genuine care and professionalism. They listened to our feedback, acted quickly and went above and beyond to make things right, which we really appreciated. No hotel is immune to the occasional maintenance issue, but what stands out is how it’s handled, and the customer service we received was excellent. We left feeling valued as guests and would happily stay again. Thank you to everyone at the Marazion Hotel for making us feel so welcome."

"The traditional features - several lounge areas with space, comfortable seating and service, plus the modern approach to people needing to use laptops as well as have scrumptious cream teas made the Falmouth hotel excellent venue for the couple of days I stayed there. A longer stay would be comfortable, too. The bedroom was renovated with a delightful combination of charm, attention to power points, USB points etc., and wardrobe and drawer space. The location is good - close to the railway, shops and beach, and not too far to walk to Falmouth University. Most importantly, the staff were excellent- efficient and friendly."

"Small but very adequate room and very cheap. Great for a one night stay before the ferry journey to the Isles of Scilly. Food in the pub good and reasonably priced. Bed comfortable and only downside- no hot water supply to washbasin. Never mind, I thought, warm a kettle of water! But oh dear, a double whammy- the sink plug isn’t sealed properly and all the water drains away as fast as you pour! However, shower in bath works well. All in all pretty decent."
