The house is wonderful with a fun separate hang out place for the kids. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Hot tub with wonderful views. All the firewood you could ever need. Although the weather didn't cooperate as far as the fishing goes (temps were in the mid to upper 80's), the house remained comfortable inside for sleeping at night. "We travel to the Catskills at least once a year and stay at various locations. What sets this property apart is the true seclusion and absolutely no distractions from the nature around you. Even though it is close to hubs like Wyndham and Hunter (less than 20 to both) when sitting outside it feels like you are in the middle of nowhere. Inside is clean, cosey by the fire, and lots of fun things to do with our teenagers. Definitely would stay again."

"The house was perfect for our family of 7 adults, 10 mo old, 3 yr old and dog. The weather did not cooperate (lots of rain 2 days). But, there was lots of space to spread out inside. Fall colors were beautiful; we took advantage of nearby hiking trails when the weather cleared. The house was very comfortable.
