2 bedroom 1 bathroom, full kitchen, living room, dining area. Very large yard! Almost an acre. Great for family reunions, wedding receptions or even weddings. Two twin beds in one bedroom and the primary bedroom has a queen sized bed. You will get access codes on your check in day. Check in codes are never sent the until the day of your arrival. You will be sent your check in codes on the app only. Not through text or email. This is for your safety

We loved staying at this beautiful cottage. Very quiet and elegant! The living room is very comfortable and relaxing, with an electric fireplace, nice sofas, chairs and coffee table. The main bedroom has a great bed and plenty of room. The other bedroom has two smaller beds. It is on a very quiet street, with just one other house and a church; no through traffic at all. Refrigerator, washer and dryer add to the convenience, as well as a screened front porch. If I travel to Marianna again, this is definitely where I will stay.

Family Getaway
This was the perfect place for our family to stay. Two grandmothers, mom, & two sisters in town to visit & watch the grandson play baseball for the Chipola Indians. The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Sure do hope this place is available when we plan our next getaway!

The host was good to reply to our problems, but didn't fix everything. We lost our parking a couple of weeks before we left and had to park on the road. There was an animal underneath the house which never left. The house was not too clean when we moved in. The screen on the porch was partially ripped off. Hate giving a bad review, but we would not rent again.

Here for business. Very comfortable
Stayed here for a few nights for business and some pleasure. Very cozy comfortable cottage and full kitchen. Quiet area close to everything. Only thing was the amenities listed hot tub. I thought it meant like an outdoor hot tub but in this case it’s a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. Nice place though I’d stay again

Nice clean house inside. Right in town. My husband and I thought it was a little further out but was not a problem since we just went away for a quick getaway weekend. Perfect for a couple or family of 4. Host was very timely with check in information.

I was promised accommodation for 6 and verified with owner in August, upon arrival discovered detached guest house was not available. House could only sleep 4 so 2 of my party had to go to a hotel. Attempted to contact owner by email and phone with no response. Very disappointing service since this was the third time I had rented this house and detached accommodation.

Charming home!
Very cute small house, but definitely bigger than it looks! Well stocked, all appliances etc in great working order. Located on a small side street with a church across the street, so very quiet! Only a couple of miles from Florida Caverns State Park, and lots of dining options close by. Really enjoyed our stay!

This was a great small place to stay when visiting some of the close by state parks. I am not a camper but still enjoy nature. It was not huge but perfect for my friend and her kids and I. We were able to enjoy nature but have a normal bed to sleep in for the night!

Quiet Getaway
The cottage has beautiful furniture and like new appliances. There is room for 4 to sleep but only room for 2 to dine. The kitchen has an overabundance of glasses but lacks serving dishes, measuring cups or spoons and mixing bowls. There was no bath soap when we arrived. There were also black ants in the kitchen, but we would definitely stay here again. It is ideal for 2 but inconvenient for more than 2. Handy to loads of dining places and shopping. We visited family while we were there.

Appears newly renovated but lacked certain amenities
Was disappointed that the air conditioning was great the first day then practically died the second day (was a much hotter day). We had only 2 towels(there 3 days) , no hand towel in the bathrooms and no bath soap. The ceilings are very low and difficult to gauge. Some sugar for coffee and wine opener would be nice and top sheets on the twin beds.
