“I brought my husband to Cannúa Lodge Hotel to celebrate his birthday. Everyone on staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help us feel welcomed and well taken care of. The sunset hike was a little higher level than I anticipated, and I'm glad I went. I appreciate how our guide went out of her way to help me along the steeper parts of the path to ensure I felt safe. Siento que le doy 3 estrellas porque tienen algunas falencias en sus instalaciones, no en el servicio. Por ejemplo, para empezar, si saben que en la zona de las cabañas no hay señal telefónica yo ubicaría el router del Starlink que tienen en el techo del restaurante para que así llegue señal a las cabañas de la parte baja de la montaña en las que estábamos. “Lovely hotel with lovely staff. I enjoyed my stay in Medellin. They had daily housekeeping which I really appreciated. The WiFi is really good and the hot tub was the cherry on top. It was also in an extremely walkable area with restaurants within a 1-15 min walk depending on where you wanted to go. I would definitely stay here again when I next visit Medellín. The only thing I would recommend that would make it even better is that they include a clothes iron and hair dryer in the rooms.”
