The friendliness and consideration of ALL the staff,made our stay special.They suggested the upgrades and food discounts without us prompting and were always attentive to our needs. The rooms were clean and well appointed and felt luxurious, if you step out make sure to have mosquito spray! The grounds are better than the photos,the beach was great for me but very quite this end of the island. A short bumpy taxi ride will put you in the town in 10 minutes and costs around $12.00. Overall our stay was great and relaxing.

This was our first trip to tulum, and without a doubt, if we return, we are going to tago tulum again! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, it is calm and peaceful, the rooms are stunning, very clean, and can't forget the staff too! - they are all so welcoming, attentive, friendly and helpful. We ended up staying for dinner and breakfast way more times than expected because we loved the vibes, the service and the food so so much!! Perfect hotel if you ask me! Thank you Tago!

Big market full of repeat trinket items. You can get everything right on the strip in Cancun beach too but probably better prices here. Good seafood restaurants in the middle as well. We had trouble getting here though and took a bus that said Market 28 but then it never stopped there. We didn't realize till I google mapped our location and we were really far away. No bus to take us back to Market 28 or to Cancun beach so we had to take an Uber (yes, you CAN get an Uber outside of the beach).

Exploring the colorful Mercado 28 was one of my favorite things we did in Cancun. I loved the beaches and the luxury of the hotel zone but exploring the downtown was just as fun. This is also one of the best places to buy souvenirs for a reasonable price. #perspectives
