Keeping families safe is our top priority! We offer a 5-star clean environment that includes fogging between guests and all bedding changed. Our cottages and chalet are spaced with you in mind allowing families traveling together to enjoy group gatherings at the main fire pit or privacy when ready for some down time.

Small touches are everything! We provide luxury bedding/towels,The Beekman Brothers organic hair&body products locally made and FREE laundry facility with additional showers!

So Peaceful!
We loved our stay at Chrissy’s property! The cottage was tucked far enough away in the woods to feel remote without feeling cut off, and it has all the conveniences you could need. We really enjoyed being able to cook in the full kitchen, and loved the windows that showed off the forest views. Only regret is not staying longer!

Hideaway
Cute little hideaway perfect for escaping. The cabin is off the road quite a bit with nature all around it. There is a total of 3 cabins in the area, but they are all spaced far enough apart. The covered porch area was wonderful! Host was very friendly. Cottage was perfect for our family of 4. There is no Wifi which the children didn't like but it is stated in the description that there is none. The laundry service is wonderful too!

This location is about 15 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of town and baseball fields. It was perfect to go back and relax and enjoy the outdoor surroundings. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect Spot
We stayed here while our son played at All Star Village. Perfect spot! It was about 20 minutes to both Dreams and ASV. This location was peaceful and had everything we needed. The screened in porch was perfect, as it rained a lot while we were there. We could still sit outside and stay dry. If you are looking for a place to stay while your child is at either place, this is it! It would be great if you could get 2 other families from your team to stay in the other cabins or the Chalet so that you have company in between games. Chrissy was great to work with and very accommodating.

Cooperstown baseball tournament stay
I enjoyed my stay at Old World village; it was a great place to stay during my son’s baseball tournament at Cooperstown. If you like nature and being in the woods in a quiet setting, this is the perfect place to stay. The property was clean and was well appointed regarding kitchen items, bathroom essentials and linens. The property manager, Chrissy, was very easy to get in touch with and responded to questions quickly and in a pleasing way.

Wonderful respite
My family was in the area for our son's 12u baseball week in Cooperstown. The whole Cooperstown experience was amazing - and, a bit exhausting as well. This property was a wonderful respite from the baseball craziness and really made the week feel like a vacation and not just another crazy baseball tournament. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies and the screened porch was great for yoga and to recharge. Fishing and kayaking 2 minutes away kept our younger son occupied during down time and the recommendations of other area attractions were welcome. A great place if you want a cozy place to get away!

Beautiful paradise close to parks!!
My friend and I stayed here while our son’s played at both Dreams Park and All Star Village. It was a great location 15ish min from both parks. Private and peaceful. Clean and provided all we needed. Recommend!

SUNY parents weekend
We could not find a hotel for parents weekend and booked this. Due to a mix up with VRBO they double booked; however the owned called immediately and addressed the issue. She allowed us to stay in her family's cabin on the owners property. Owner stopped by to make sure everything was good. Due to no cell coverage she took calls from my daughter and drove over to give us the message. In short, a very trustworthy, friendly and honest owner who cares about her guest. Great to deal with. Can't comment on the facility as we didn't stay their but highly recommend the owner as someone to trust and do business with.
