"The property was great for our girls weekend! We loved coming back to the property after a day out exploring Franklin.
The space is perfect for a family or small group and can comfortably accommodate 5 people. The yard and property begged to be enjoyed.
Staying here made our visit more enjoyable and we loved getting to meet Mark and Damon!

"We had a nice stay in this home that was in close proximity to the main square. We only stayed one night, but enjoyed the peace and quiet of the community. If you like history (as we do), you can explore the site of the Battle of Franklin just a short distance down the road."

"The home is comfortable, very clean and nicely updated. Lots of thoughtful extras, like coffee, condiments and spices in the cabinet and filtered water in the fridge. The location is good, about a mile away from downtown Franklin, which would be a nice walk if it hadn't been in the middle of the hot summer! We really appreciated their flexibility as we changed our vacation dates to work with family scheduling issues. Gretchen provided clear upfront and ongoing communications and was quick to respond to our questions. "
"This property was just perfect for my husband and I who were in town for a wedding. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood on the outer edge of the charming town of Franklin, which holds many delicious restaurants and fun shopping venues. The host was super helpful and kind!"
"This is a lovely historic cottage that reminds us our our grandparents homes when growing up. Two large bedrooms, vaulted ceilings and extra sitting areas made it a nice place to regroup and plan the next adventure. Being so close to downtown it was easy to walk and see it all. Great parking tucked in behind as well. Susan was a delight to work with on the reservation and was a very nice host. "

"We were in TN for a soccer tournament. Our friends recommended staying in Franklin. The bungalow was nicely decorated, the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, and the washer and dryer were much needed after the rainy and/or hot soccer games. The proximity to downtown Franklin was ideal. We did not walk but it was a short drive to downtown with easy parking. We enjoyed a day of shopping and lunch. The communication with the host, check in/out process were seamless. "
