“We absolutely loved the home. Perfect location. Offers a private hot tub and community pool. The neighborhood is just so sweet. We met so many of the full time residents while waking our furbaby and they were all very inviting and kind. We will definitely be staying here again. the Rivers ”

“We had a great time at Cottage by the Creek! The owners were quick to respond. The home was clean and comfortably furnished. The bonus wa she beautiful creek running along the back of the house. We was able to bring our puppy. She had the best time chasing ducks and my teenager had the best time playing in the creek and fishing. Word of advise… bring bug spray! Bring by the water there are a lot of mosquitos. Of course that’s not any fault of the owners. Would definitely stay here again! ”

“Wonderful stay! We stayed here to attend my daughter's graduation. The house was very clean. It had everything we needed. The host was quick with response times when we had a question. The beds were comfortable. I wish there had been a little more seating. The house was close to everything. We loved Knoxville. What a nice, pretty city!”

“What a lovely cabin in the woods! It was spacious and comfortable, very private. It was just down the road from Dollywood where we were going. Couldn’t have been more convenient. The place was spotlessly clean. Had everything we needed for a good visit. I plan to go back there! ”

“the drive to get up to the cabin is my only complaint and we knew it would be rough considering location, take your time and avoid driving it at sundown/ night. Everything else was absolutely great and was exactly what we needed to host our family to celebrate our marriage !”

“We absolutely adored this schoolhouse cottage. It was everything we needed as a family of 4 for a Pigeon Forge getaway. The location was amazing! We were within a 3-7 min drive to everything in Pigeon Forge and 15-20 mins to Gatlinburg attractions. One thing we really found to be special was this cottage was one level and fully wheelchair accessible. It is very remote from town, fishing was great, and the cabin was spacious enough for us. We even had "Harry" the duck greet us. She was so entertaining. “This property was more than we could have hoped for. It was me, my wife, and our dog. I particularly liked the quiet location where the dog and I could explore without worrying about traffic on our long walks. Pretty convenient to town yet very secluded. The 100 year old concrete bridge that leads to the property is fantastic. We would love to stay again the next time we come to Maryville. ”
