“Great cottage with all the amenities of home. Very clean. Location is close to all attractions, yet hidden away on its own little private of wooded property. Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arose. The host is very prompt with responses and ready to answer any questions ! Would highly recommend!”

“Pros.Close to everything in Pigeon Forge. Wifi and cable was Great. Showers were hot and had great water pressure. Staff was very nice and check-in was easy. The unit was clean and worked well for us and our 2 small dogs. The unit had a keurig coffee maker, and spices. The bed was comfortable. Price was good for this unit.Cons: Patio Door Blind could have worked better. “Property was exactly as advertised, new and clean. Beautiful mountain views and view of the city. We stayed for a wedding at the Trillium Wedding venue. It was perfect for us. Checkin was easy, we received all the information beforehand, I would recommend and stay again”

“Beautiful spot and beautiful home! Super well appointed cozy and relaxing. Responsive and helpful host on site, but separate house. Close to UTK. Stayed here before move in at the university. Left car packed with roof rack and basket on tow hitch overnight. Private secluded parking. Wished we stayed longer! The host even gave us tomatoes from her garden, which were delicious! Highly recommend!”

“We were surprised that for a very high property fee. There was no ice no ice trays no coffee no amenities on the property at all. Also, GPS does not get you to the property. We had to download an app on our phone and in just reading the description of the property were able to get directions, however those were even wrong as it said to turn it to Phillips 66 gas station and it has been a gas station since 2018 ”

“Very charming place to stay, there was so much detail that our hosts implemented to make us feel right at home, they are very sweet people. This cottage is in a very convenient and gorgeous setting right by the water, we didn’t have to watch tv with all of the beautiful wildlife to see from the big back porch (this was our favorite spot) the ducks were a hoot. We will definitely be returning in the near future. ”

“My fiancé, dog and I had a wonderful stay here! The house is super cute! Hot tub was a bonus! Its was more secluded which was what we were lookin for! Wasnt a terrible walk to downtown but the walk back uphill is no joke! But absolutely doable and worth the walk rather than tryin to find parking! ”
