Townsend Chalets

"First off the chalet was very nice and clean. It felt very cozy and private. The rooms were good sized and the jacuzzi was heavenly. The kitchen did have pots and and some appliances and silverware but no strainer or oven pans. It is dog friendly , which is important to us but not much green space to walk them at all. The reason i posted just okay is in your listings you say washer and dryers and fitness room . Also on some websites, it shows it is suppose to have an indoor pool and it does...

"This place has been an amazing honeymoon stay. The owner is amazing, and always there for any questions or needs! The cabin is beautiful, and has a hot tub to enjoy the night stars. A lot of attractions right near by and a lot of shopping. Great food places to try out, and such a quiet neighborhood! We will definitely be coming back soon! 10/10 amazing!!"

"A/C didn’t work. Hot tub didn’t work. Reached out to the host about this. Someone was sent out 2 days later. A/C worked the last day of the trip. Hot tub wasn’t working apparently before we booked and they knew that because the repair man didn’t fill the water back up. We booked this place as a last vacation for my aunt who was on hospice who really just needed a comfy place to stay and a hot tub to help aches and pains. Based off of other reviews I thought it would be good but no one had booked...

"We loved every aspect of it. Beautifully decorated. Communication with owner was amazing! We saw 10 bears close to the property so do make sure you lock you cars! Don’t send kids outside before you check! "

"Excellent place to stay for Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Not sure why VRBO wanted to know about skiing. There is a lake near by and Ober Mountain has downhill skiing in the winter. This cabin is close to everything. Quiet, valley view off balcony. We had a special bear visitor and this made our week. Excellent cabin for the two of us. Also, excellent layout for two small families. Both bedrooms are spacious. One upstairs and one downstairs. Easy access to all of Dollywood parks. "
