"Tom was great. Communicated well both before and during our stay, offered local things for us to do. Property was nice, and quiet. My only downside is the stairs to get to and from the parking. For those of us who are limited mobility having that in the description or a photo so were aware would be helpful. Dont get me wrong, they werent unmanageable but after a long dsy of walking around Seattles attractions those stairs were brutal, BUT I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN. The location is...

"Box truck blocking the entire driveway, I’m sure the neighbors weren’t very pleased with us parking in-front of their homes Beds were horrible - way too firm. No heat downstairs Trash all over the backyard when we arrived - I was told it was most likely animals - so maybe trash bins should be accessible for your guests "

"The code on the front door wasn’t set up when we arrived so I had to call the host. The WiFi was intermittent and I had to call the host to reset the router. Then the heater didn’t work and I called her and it took 24 hours to get someone out to look at it. Apparently they have one maintenance guy who was incommunicado. I asked her for a credit for the first day since the heat didn’t work but she didn’t respond. Would not recommend renting from Vacation Rentals, LLC. "
