“This place is magic :) hummingbird dreams. Bring spices if you want to cook.I don’t cook really, but everything i needed is there and more. Memorable I’ll be back I hope.”

“We absolutely loved our stay at Bear Cabin. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was stocked in everything you need. The views are mesmerizing. I highly recommend it.”

“The property was just what we oaid for and what we expected!!! From the Deck you ate looking at Ywin Lakes and the Collegiate Peaks... Nice Queen bed great covers and it was overall pretty cool!!! 45 degrees at night in August is AWESOME!!!!!”

“Evidence of great cleaning. Not a whole lot of cookware but enough to get by. Host gave decent information for checking in and checking out but doesn’t respond to questions. Extremely private and gorgeous scenery. WiFi is a bit iffy but it’s not a dead zone. Neither heater is adjustable and one doesn’t work(not much of an issue in the summer). A couple maintenance issues but nothing that really affected the stay. Some board games and books available, and a record player! Couch is cute but……

“Beautiful property with everything you could need! Perfect for 2. We will definitely stay again!”

“Road to cabin is gravel for 4 miles and very bumpy. Cabin was 100% beyond my expectations. Huge deck and perfect for dogs.”

“Great little cabin”

“The Juniper Retreat was beautiful, clean and comfortable. A little tight for three mature women but for a couple it would be perfect. The views from the drive in and the back patio area are spectacular. The location was perfect for our visit to Marion Bells and Aspen. David is a great host who gives excellent directions and responds quickly to inquiries and suggestions. I would not hesitate to book here again.”

“Be careful of the 5 miles unpaved road to the property.”

“Quaint little spot! Host was very responsive when we needed something or had questions! ”
