I spend 3 nights there. I enjoyed the small footprint of the hotel and its location. My stay would have been perfect except for 2 issues…1) due to its close proximity to one of the ancient churches in town, I was woken up by the church bells early in the morning. The hotel does not control this, but I want potential guest to be aware of it. 2) the hotel does not have an elevator, so if your room is in the second floor, be aware that you’ll have to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs (reception is in floor zero, so having a room in the 3rd floor means many stairs). Other than that, this is a great bargain hotel with a lovely restaurant. It is a truly charming hotel. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxing. It has a lovely courtyard with a small pool. However, it is not a luxury hotel. The furnishings are simple. The WiFi can be spotty. There is no elevator. Still, it is one of my absolute favorites. We needed a conveniently located hotel with parking for New Year's Eve. We had dinners and parties located within a 6 block radius of the hotel. Our experience couldn't have been better: a friendly welcome, convenient parking, a clean, comfortable room and a very reasonable price.
