“Check in information was provided via email the day of check in. I was able to enter the hotel and my room without a problem. The hotel staff was responsive and helpful via text messages. The inside of our room was very comfortable, the staff left a few complementary drinks and snack in the room for us which was very much appreciated. The room had a home feeling to it which made for a comfortable stay. The location was safe, quiet and had lovely mountain side views. This location was close……

“We stayed in the Revere Suite over Memorial Day weekend and unfortunately the experience did not match the premium price. We paid approximately $1,300 for two nights and encountered multiple issues during our stay. The ceiling leaked onto the couch, the balcony door did not lock, and the side entrance to the suit also failed to lock, creating a security concern. The stove was not functioning, and there was an exposed wire on the deck. We were also disappointed that the advertised mountain view……

“I was grateful to the staff for a late 2am arrival, was able to get the keys with no staff on-site, got our room. Had a comfortable safe stay. The barrel sauna is great, the indoor pool was good, the continental breakfast was simple. Great coffee machine, convenient location. Overall, awesome stay. “The room was huge - one bedrm with a king bed, lots of drawers, a closet, a desk and a tv. A livingroom with a couch, two comfy armchairs and tv. Yet, it is described as a 'solo' room meaning it is for one person - We had to pay an extra $50 for my partner which I thought was odd! There were two ACs, one in each room, that were set to 67⁰ - this Memorial wknd it was 50⁰ and raining. We tried to raise the heat but to no avail, it was blowing cold air. “Pull into the parking lot and you can tell right away it’s the place to bring a prost itute or find drugs. Was approached by a black man as soon as I stopped my vehicle! Trash and filth surrounding the building. Stained and dirty walls. Stained and dirty sheets, mattress protectors, and mattress. Ancient heater and ac that looked hazardous. Disgusting and unsafe.”
