“My husband and I were looking for a little getaway to celebrate our wedding anniversary and this place fit our needs. We loved the vibe of the converted schoolhouse. It was a spacious but cozy place to stay! The fireplace and hot tub were welcomed benefits. You can tell that they take care and take pride in the space. Kayla was very responsive to our questions. “The house was gorgeous clean and comfortable We took our grandchildren to Cooperstown for the day and then were able to relax at the house in the evening I was surprised the kitchen had no spices available The views from the house were amazing I would definetly recommend it ”

“Beautiful, large, old home, filled with hundreds of antiques, and a story for every one of them, I'm sure. You'd run out of time before you saw all of them. Really comfy beds, lots of bedrooms (some had private sitting rooms) and bathrooms. Nearly private driveway that winds through beautiful mountain scenery. We were there in winter and still saw tons of wild life..the birds! so many. Huge, old kitchen with some comfy chairs an eat in table and breathtaking views. A private bedroom wing, BUT...

“Had a great stay this past weekend. Sergio met us at the property to show us around and was a consummate host. It was my son’s birthday who’s a huge fan of Minecraft. The house is about 10min away from Howe Caverns so it was perfect. It’s also close to downtown Schoharie and Cobleskill so plenty of food/drink options. We stayed with another family of 4 and had more than enough room. The indoor pool, movie theater, and game room were all a huge hit! As a bonus, I was able to book a horse...
