“I paid a 100.00 security deposit and still have not received the credit for it. Room was in excellent condition when we left. Reception said it would take up to a week to get the credit on CCard back. Its been a week and still no credit for the 100.00.”

It was spotless, the beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept in, the bath tub was massive, the breakfast had such a variety and everything was freshly cooked. It was so tidy and well organized and the staff we encountered were all so lovely and professional. They were always working: if not with a customer the were cleaning or restocking. “what sank the experience was the kitchenette - dark with peeling laminate. after seeing that I didn't even want tto peel back the bedding. Just slept on top of the topping in my clothes. didn't see anything horrible or anything - just couldnt get over that kitchenette. bathroom wasn't great either.”

“Hotel was wonderful! Welcoming, interesting with so much to look at, quick elevators, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The pool and hot tub was a huge hit for us and it was pristine! The only thing I wished for was a store available where we could buy drinks and snacks, like chocolate, popcorn and chips for later night cravings. Otherwise, we had an amazing stay! ”

“Place is in a great location. If you manage to get a parking spot at the Inn, amazing. We did this time. Last year we had to park in the alternate area which is a little further away. If you get a room on the second floor, the stairs up are quite steep. We had the Riverview Room which was lovely. Beds were very comfortable. The water pressure at tap in kitchen was a trickle at best. The cups and glasses needed a better wash though. Overall, we would come back.”
