"I enjoyed my stay here. I came to Northwest Arkansas for the mountain biking and was able to get in a couple rides right from the house as the Back 40 loop passes about a block away. Having a clothes washer and dryer was great for my 10-day stay. I prefer to eat in after a day of riding and appreciated the nicely equiped kitchen including a dish washer. There was a lockable storage room in carport for my bike and hose under the deck to wash my bike.My only complaint is that the deck was significantly covered with debris from the trees and did not appear to have been cleared in quite some time; cleaning between tenants should have taken care of this. There's a vast amount of trails in this area, most of which I didn't get to ride. I'll be back and will stay at this property if it is available."

"We stayed at Annie and Trey’s place for a family wedding, and it truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. The house had everything we needed — comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and plenty of space for everyone to gather, laugh, and unwind between wedding events.Annie and Trey went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Their kindness and attention to detail really showed, and we felt cared for in every way. It’s rare to find hosts who make you feel like family, but they did just that.We’re so grateful for the memories made here and would absolutely stay again. "Excellent hosts, very comfortable and clean! It felt brand new! The views of the lake and the fall colors were gorgeous. We even saw a bald eagle twice while we were there. Locally owned restaurants are nearby and the bike trails were very accessible. The kitchen was full size and felt like home. We would definitely book again!"

"Just the facts...we had many safety concerns. Deck was unsafe due to railing being detached, exposed wiring along path leading down to the dock. Junction boxes detached or dismantled along the path as well. When the owner/property manager was presented with these issues, the response was quite frustrating. Instead of taking responsibility for safety concerns, it was stated that everything was up to code. Basically they didn't care. Renter be ware...the pictures are perfectly taken/staged to hide a lot of oddities. Other odd things throughout as well, layout of the bathrooms is strange, extension cords everywehere, non workig fireplace remote due to animal bites. The home is older, and it shows big time! The price point is way to high for the experience you will have. I have stayed in much nicer places for way less money. They want you to cover the cost of poor investment choices.On a postive note, Bentonville is a real fun town!! We loved the mountain biking trails and great food options. The kids loved the pool table in the lower level as well. I would definitely advise you to find a different place to stay, this place is not worth the money!!"
