“This hotel is awesome. Location is perfect. Rooms are spacious and great bed and pillows. Many restaurants within walking distance. And the ice cream from the Walton museum is a must! Can’t wait to return.”

“BEWARE. I left a wake up call for 5:10 am -- which was crucial to make an early flight -- but no one called. Check your bill -- I was overcharged when I looked at the bill the night before departure. It finally was adjusted; then, after I left, they tacked on an incorrect charge again, which it took forever of the phone to get withdrawn. The hotel is highly recommended for its art collection, but otherwise isn't special. For instance, the pillows are thick and firm. I asked for a thinner or……
