“We stayed for 2 nights in the fall for a family event at Stratford Harbor. The house was pristine and cozy. Loved the fenced backyard for the pets and the walk ability of the town. The host and back up host were VERY responsive.”

“Amazing property! The refurbishment of this historic house is amazing. The kitchen is perfect for small groups or college graduation party. The "living room" and study were beautiful. The 3 large bedrooms upstairs were plush, comforting, and very charming. The basement living areas were also outstanding. We'll stay here every time we are in town.”

“ Rey clean lovely condo with a wonderful view of the river. Sunrise was gorgeous. Bed was super comfortable. Colonial beach is my new favorite little vacation town. Very friendly people. Our host was so responsive and welcoming. Much appreciate his quick response to questions. There were a lot of steps to climb to get to the condo but that’s probably a good thing for a Bach front property. We would definitely love to stay here again. ”

“The room was clean and comfortable. My only issue was that there was a huge brown stain on the wall next to one of the beds which sort of looked like poop… ”

“Overall the stay was good. The property was clean and quiet enough, even with the race track across the street holding an event. The only issue I had was the rooms AC started to make a loud noise in the middle of the night. Cycling the power seemed to fix it for some time, but it happened multiple times through the night. I had an early morning and despite the noise from the AC, I still felt relatively well rested.”
