"I only have a few complaints walls and doors are not insulated enough. We could hear every conversation & other things in the next room, needless to say we didnt get much sleep. The biggest complaint is when we went to leave and pulled the covers all the way down to make sure we didnt miss anything and dscovered blood on the blanket...not happy about that one!! Just tells me they dont check that when making beds. Sorry im a big critic, i use to manage a hotel!"

"Absolutely horrible experience. We booked our stay more than two weeks in advance, only to have our reservation cancelled just two hours before our scheduled check-in time. Initially, the receptionist claimed there was a booking error. Later, the manager changed the explanation to a “mechanical issue” with the room. The inconsistency strongly suggests the hotel simply overbooked. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of accountability. There was no offer of compensation, no assistance with relocation, and no genuine attempt to resolve the situation. The management was unprofessional, inexperienced, and unhelpful throughout the interaction. Based on this experience, I strongly recommend confirming directly with the hotel if you book through a third-party service, checking in frequently before arrival, and being cautious when dealing with management. Unfortunately, this property appears to have a pattern of overbooking and last-minute cancellations. I would not recommend staying here."
