“The light switch broke off in my hand and noone showed to fix it. Our tub faucet was leaking about a gallon per minute and wouldn't shut off, when desk was informed they knew of the problem wasnt concerned”

“I've been to worse, however having a disabled person in our party and it not being disclosed that there weren't any elevators, let's just say getting him ( a 6'2 205 lb man) up and down stairs wasn't fun. The water was 2 temps, scalding or freezing. The "included breakfast " was 3 types of cereal, wheat or white bread or plain bagels that you could toast and that was it. It was clean enough, oh and the air conditioning wasn't all that great either, we had the air on 70° but had to sleep without……
