Pool wasn't operational and not told until after check in. A/C doesn't cool room properly. Found a previous renter's dirty sock on the floor. Water temperature in the shower was either ice cold or burning hot. Definitely would not recommend staying there.

Part of the reason we stayed here was pool and laundry. Neither operational. Kitchen staff could not figure out how to get pancake machine to work once reloading. Really disappointed.

The property and lobby was clean and well kept. The dresser draws and bathroom door wouldn’t close and the fan in the bathroom didn’t work. Except for the cinnamon rolls, the breakfast was disappointing.

The coffee was horrible. Lacked a lot of breakfast items. Might check in person would not switch my debit card to a credit card card said he didn’t know how the ladies could fix it in the morning, while the lady in the morning was being rude, and refused to fix it for me. The ceiling on the fourth floor was leaking horribly

The pull out bed in the suite had a grossly dirty mattress pad. One of the queen beds had a couple pieces of hair in it and sand in the sheets. The room was so small we couldn't walk to the bathroom when the couch bed was pulled out. The building looks old and worn, and the only thing that was as good as I expected was breakfast.

We arrived on a Saturday at 4:30pm our room was not ready - Check in was 3pm we aired about 15-20 minutes for it to be Ready for us , Associate's at the front desk was not very friendly . Next Morning as I am getting Ready in the bathroom . Housekeeping knocked on the door at 9:45am and within 2-3 seconds started to open the door , had I hollered out to them They would have walked in on me not dressed . Hotel is older in need of a updates We paid tax and all $200 for one night Was it terrible ?? No , But it wasn’t great It is close to restaurants and shopping
