"Fabulous historic hotel in pristine condition. A real treat to stay here."

"I love that the rooms are mostly updated with just a few needing bathroom updates. Best news is the pool is finally being renovated so it can reopen. Staff is always the most friendly and breakfast is good. The only down side is not much within walking distance for shopping/dining however it is a quick and cheap ride share to areas with more offerings."

"The hotel was perfect. We needed a night in Spokane and this location was perfect. The pool and hot tub were icing on the cake. It was a beautiful September evening relaxing in the hot tub. I highly recommend a pool view, first floor room!"

"Nice property with good views from all rooms, well maintained & updated with Spencer’s Restaurant on site plus Starbucks and dining area. Friendly staff, dog friendly, comfy beds and GREAT location for walking. "
