“Being able to explore the whole hotel was THE GREATEST EVER!! Especially for my two 11 year old Granddaughters. They had the best time in the whole world hunting the ghost of this historical treasure. They were sure to use their Ghost Finder app. ALOT! of sightings on all floors and stairwell to 3rd floor. I actually DID NOT believe in the ghost having been here several times over the years....I AM a believer now .lol!”

This lovely home is THE BEST place to stay when visiting Alturas and for day trips throughout gorgeous Modoc County. So quiet and peaceful, set amongst the trees yet just a few minutes drive to town.
