"Our stay at Hotel Regina was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Switzerland! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such genuine warmth and hospitality. The staff was absolutely incredible. A special thanks to Patrik & Max for being so kind, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay special. What made our experience even more memorable were the wonderful connections we made leaving us feeling as though we had made lasting friendships! And the views... absolutely breathtaking! Waking up to the stunning Swiss Alps each morning felt like something out of a dream. It was easily our favorite part of the hotel, and a view we will never forget. Breakfast each morning was such a pleasant experience an we also thoroughly enjoyed our multi course dinner experience at the hotel. Our room was quaint, cozy, and full of historic charm. The location couldn't have been more perfect, making it easy to enjoy everything this picturesque village has to offer. Hotel Regina is so much more than just a beautiful place to stay. It's a place filled with character, warmth, and people who make you feel genuinely welcome. We arrived as guests and left with cherished memories and new friendships. "Beautiful property and I’d likely stay again. Just some simple things for them to adjust. We travelled for 10 days to different cities. This was the first hotel which did not have the sofa bed ready when we checked in. No big deal, they turned down the bed after I asked. Unfortunately sofa bed itself was in poor condition. The second night, I asked them for a mattress topper which they provided. Rooms are very nice but some of the light switches did not work and some bulbs were burnt out. Lastly, we were traveling with our teenage daughter. Our bathroom did not have a door which meant dad had to leave the room when she needed to shower. A bit odd that they would have put us in that style room (couples room) - or at least have it mentioned somewhere during booking or checkin. Other than that, beautiful property, nice staff and convenient to have a shuttle van to the station. Although on my y a few minutes walk from Grindelwald station - uphill."

"This is an incredible property with a view to die for. The cabin was immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked, although there could have been a decaf option for coffee. The hot tub was awesome except for the fact that it wasn’t hot enough. Diana, our host was very responsive and helpful at every request. The only issue with this property getting your gear to the front door. It is a very short but difficult hike to get to the cabin from the parking area if you have suitcases or if you’re not in good physical condition or if you’re physically incapable of hiking a steep trail. My biggest complaint is the lack of communication up front, regarding this matter. This is not a deal breaker, but it needs to be mentioned in bold letters in the description of the property. But, don’t hesitate to stay here otherwise, it’s incredible!"
