“職員態度友善有禮，地點接近Interlaken West 火車站，交通方便。酒店房間整潔，早餐豐富，酒店提供自助洗衣乾衣服務，費用不貴，每次洗衣或乾衣收費CHF5,合理。但房間內沒有雪櫃及微波爐，如果有則接近完美。”

“The hotel is right by the bus stop Jungfraustrasse, you can easily walk to Interlaken West train station—superb convenient. Tbh we booked this hotel last minute so it may be expensive, but the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel room only had triple type J sockets, and none of my adapters fit! Fortunately, the staff quickly brought us adaptors, which was awesome.”

“Very nice view everywhere in the small town. Many choices of restaurants and activities nearby. Supermarkets, souvenir shops, train terminal within walking distance. Western castle style 5 stars hotel, staff perfectly nice and helpful. Not air- conditioned is the only consideration, a bit hot during summer time.”

“Close to the train station by 7 mins walk or you can take a bus for 4 mins. The hotel decorations are pretty new maybe it was renovated. Room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is good with enough choices.”

“Pros: located on Main Street of Interlaken, easy to walk everywhere. Spacious, modern rooms with AC that actually makes the rooms cool. Bright lights in the rest room. There is also a small terrace and partial view of mountains from the room. Cons: Understaffed for two days - room wasn’t cleaned until 4-5 PM, only one person at the front desk, staff was super busy during breakfast. The day when we are about to leave, there is a new team of staff that is much more efficient and responsive.……
