Friendly staff, easy check in, fresh and yummy breakfast with local ingredients, free parking.
Friendly staff, clean, comfortable and relaxed. Would be better if Grindelwald bus service can be extended till 8pm in summer/autumn.
Beautiful position, menu limited and expensive good bus and train connections
Location was perfect. Only 2mins walk from the station, beautiful views of the Eiger. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful with great suggestions on where to go in the area. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, good quality ingredients.
Staff was terrific and very helpful. Beautiful view, charming hotel.
very nice staff, the little extras like the free mini bar and check out iced tea were great.
Fantastic hotel that is in the heart of the alps. Cannot wait to return.
My son had an accident on the mountain during our stay here and the hotel was very helpful to us. We so appreciate their kindness.
It was good but expensive .......location to train station goid.
Eiger should feature on every itinerary. You'll find out what the fuss is about when you arrive at the great spot.
If you want to visit it, you'll need to head 35 miles to Grindelwald from Bern, the country's capital.
If you can't afford to surrender a fortune on accommodation, you will be relieved to hear that there are several budget-friendly hotels relatively close by. The Residence Brunner and the Tschuggen come recommended.
If you enjoy your creature comforts while traveling, you should consider staying at one of the luxury accommodation options. You can enjoy a superb blend of convenience and sophistication at the Hotel Silberhorn and the Hotel Caprice.
