"We were not to impress with this location. And most of the staff was just kinda standoffish, our room was okay. But we could tell that it wasn't claim to the best of their abilities. There was dust on things in our room. When we got there, there was stuff still on the bathroom floor and through the days that we were there. The stuff that was there when we got there was still on the floor so people are not sweeping when they're cleaning the rooms. If you're looking for a place to stay for just to sleep, then I would do that. But if you're looking for cleansiness and friendly staff, probably not the best place."

"I was in town for a conference and couldn’t be happier with my choice. The room was beautiful and the staff was wonderful. Stayed in a single king room which had plenty of storage and modern, comfortable furniture. "

"Rooms were very clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, I had an issue with my bathroom sink drain. Aside that, there’s no onsite parking in case you’re thinking of a rental however they have valet service for $65 per night (as of the time of this writing)"

"Small but clean and friendly staff. Blackout curtains are amazing!! I didnt even realize it was morning. The hotel lobby has lots of sit down areas and books and board games. Ordered the dumplings at the bar and lemon drop and it wasnt very good imo. Other than that I did like the self check in. There was someone there to help me and was a breeze"

"I left this stay with a very bad taste in my mouth. Breakfast was consistently terrible—eggs were undercooked, the French toast was inedible, and the orange juice tasted like watered-down concentrate. On the second day, my mom tried the omelets and they were also undercooked, which made it clear this wasn’t a one-off issue. The room itself was disappointing. I even noticed a few carpet beetles, which I chose not to escalate at the time, but it certainly added to the discomfort. On top of that, I was overcharged—the price I booked through Expedia did not match the final bill from the hotel, which is unacceptable. The check-in experience was also unpleasant. Staff were visibly frustrated when I declined a king bed and requested the double queen I had specifically booked. That kind of attitude is not what I expect, especially from a Hilton property. Overall, this was the worst Embassy Suites experience I’ve had—and that says a lot given the expectations for a location in the Seattle/Bellevue area. I’ve stayed at many Hilton hotels before, and this one fell far below standard in nearly every way."
