“This house fit the bill for our family stay. We were visiting family in the East suburbs and taking in the attractions in the LA area. We knew staying this far East would mean lots of driving to the beach/Universal/Disney so we were ready for that. But honestly I preferred staying in a cleaner, less busy suburb. The house is nicely decorated and felt very clean. The hard floors seem so much more sanitary than carpets so I loved that. It was also a nice touch to have some soaps in the……

“This house was disgusting and full of spiders. The pool is 100% misrepresented, dirty with only two decomposing plastic chairs. All photos on the site were AI touched up. The bedding was not clean and one of the bathrooms was completely unusable. So far the host has offered to waive the cleaning fee, which is comical considering. We stayed 30 minutes to take pictures then went to a hotel. Working with VRBO on a refund. ”
