“Perfect location for what we were trying to do on our trip. Walked everywhere, lots of places to eat, shop, visit and explore. The building is secure and the attendants are keeping an eye out for your safety…since homeless people are everywhere downtown…no matter how far you stay from skidrow. The rooftop was great. The loft was clean and very spacious. The host and owner were both very friendly. I would say my only complaint is the parking situation but that’s to be expected in a large downtown……

“The place is very clean and well maintained. The neighborhood is quite and safe. Plenty of dinning and shopping options in a walkable distance. Most important thing is the host keep everything in order and communicates all the details about property and surroundings (make sure you take a time and read, it will safe you a lot of time;)”

“Loved the location in Hollywood within walking distance to restaurants, stores, and sights. The place itself is in a beautiful and safe building. There were many amenities provided and the decor was beautiful! In unit Laundry was not accessible unfortunately and had to provide late check in fee even though the listing did not state this. However, Would definitely recommend this stay!”

“Mike the host is superb. Communication was on point and transparent and flexible. I had a family emergency come up last minute and Mike did all he could to accommodate my stay. The unit is great as advertised, no complaints. The neighborhood isn't for the weak at heart, but look pass the slum and see the beauty of downtown L.A. I'm definitely keeping this unit on my favorite list for the next in-state getaway. 10 star rating. ”

“The host was an excellent communicator- she was always available to answer our questions or attend to our needs. The place was clean and organized. The mattresses on the beds were very uncomfortable- it was painful to go to sleep. The kitchen was stocked with small appliances and utensils- but the glassware was limited (2 coffee cups and 3 small glass tumblers). Off-street parking was convenient. The surrounding area was not walkable and there was construction around the place. However, it……

“Close to wonderful dining and nice neighborhood. The condo was very well appointed with all conveniences, well decorated and furnishings and furniture was all modern, neat and clean. We would stay there again and recommend it heartily.”
