“The condo was beautifully appointed and relaxing. The host was amazing snd so very helpful. You can tell she wants her guests to be comfortable. Every detail was thoughtful with the guest's comfort in mind. The condo is only a short walk to the beach and a pool right out the back! An easy drive to either Atlantic Beach or Emerald Isle. It was the perfect place for our fall break getaway. ”

“The unit was as pictured. Very clean, pet friendly, stocked with items to make your stay very enjoyable. There were supplies for pets, beach chairs, bocce. Steps to beach by way of a boardwalk with sitting area to watch the sunset or sunrise. Pool was closed for the season but looked nice. We enjoyed are stay very much, the unit fit our needs nicely. ”

“We really enjoy staying at this condo complex. It's so convenient to the beach and other attractions on the isle. There was plenty of room for my parents, my husband and I, and our two kids (7 and 4). Make sure to bring your own shampoo, body soap, dish soap, and laundry detergent. The curtains in the master bedroom are shear and don't block much light. Other than that, a very comfortable stay.”

“We loved everything about this unit. The view of the sound is spectacular. The home is beautiful and spacious, and all of the rooms are nicely decorated and very welcoming. We spent a good bit of the time out on the deck enjoying the view, and the breeze. All of the amenities we needed were provided. We were within walking distance of the beach and driving distance to many of the activities in the area and shopping. We would definitely consider staying here again if we planned another visit...

“Just love the sweet village of Swansboro, the Sunday evening concert was a great ending to nice stay, the State Rooms have best seats for Bandstand!On another note, the hair dryer does not work. I was disappointed that no TV OTHER THAN STREAMING WAS AVAILABLE. I did not bring passwords etc. Basic TV is minimal in my opinion. A special alert of this prior to departing for trip would have made me bring passwords.”

“It was really quiet and comforting. Liked having a pub to walk right down the stairs to. Only thing that we didn’t like was parking availability. My husband has a hard time walking. There’s no handicap parking available for guests. But we liked so well it would not cause us to stay somewhere else when we come to town again. ”
