The hotel is ideally located, well-managed, and offers a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean, the service is good, and the breakfast is enjoyable. Overall, a pleasant experience and a great choice for visitors, especially during the October festival. Highly recommended!

This hotel will take care of you and get to know you. The room was timeless and a classic Moroccan beauty. This hotel was the best part of our trip to Marrakesh. The Jazz Bar essence and atmosphere is outstanding. I felt like I had been transported in time but with all the amenities. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels and been disappointed before but this one gets it right. We felt no need to even leave the hotel in the evenings with the jazz bar and two restaurants. I had a great stay at the Ksar Anika. The room was beautiful and super comfortable. Overall the hotel had a great ambiance and the complementary breakfast was delicious. The staff were also really helpful and friendly and made a really pleasant stay.

A truly amazing resort and spa. The villas are spacious, peaceful, and beautifully designed. The staff were all extremely skilled, helpful, and friendly. The amenities abounded, and the spa offered many services.
We had a lovely paella at the Mediterranean restaurant on site.
Having pools and the sea accessible was also wonderful.

Riad Livia was the best part of Morocco for us! It’s close to the Medina but far enough away too that you have more peace and quiet. It’s absolutely beautiful inside the Riad, and it’s very calm. It always smells very nice inside the Riad also. The room was beautiful and exactly like the picture. And the people who work here are the kindest and most hospitable people we’ve had the pleasure to meet. If we come back to Marrakech in the future, we hope to see our friends from the Riad Livia once...

This hotel is everything you can imagine.
It’s beautiful, well maintained & in the perfect location. However, the staff is the best part of the property. I felt welcomed & well taken care of the minute I walked in the doors.
I would come back to tangier just to stay in this hotel again.

We were thrilled with our decision to stay here and even ended up spending an extra night. It's a quick and easy walk to the Medina - by Bab (door) Ziat.
The dinner restaurant is spectacular in regard to the food and views. The bar also has a wonderful view and a great place to go for a drink.
The rooms were spacious and decadent in our opinion.
The SPA was a true treat and I'd highly recommend doing a tleast one hamam if not two!

This Riad is a magical little Oasis about a 10 min walk from the main square. My friends and I took advantage of the airport pick up which was seamless and took the stress out of being in a new country. once at the riad we were greeted by Mohammed the manager of the hotel. what a gem of a man. he first offered us mint tea and cookies while he explained the property and gave us some handy tip on being in Marrakech. And he also has a great sense of humour! We indulged in the meal on the first...

Les Borjs de la Kasbah is outstanding in every way. The riad is tastefully decorated and there is beauty around every corner. The staff are truly exceptional. The restaurant is top-notch, offering some of the best food in Morocco - with a wonderful breakfast every morning. And the location can’t be beat.

For me, what distinguishes a good stay vs. a great stay is the level of service. From the moment you arrive at the Riad Cocoon, the owner (Corrine) personally greets you and makes you feel so welcome in her beautiful riad. She has everything prepared for your visit and will personally ensure all your needs are met - dinner reservations, taxis, excursions, etc. The staff are very attentive and will make sure your stay is comfortable. Breakfast is served on the sunny rooftop terrace overlooking...

This place is an oasis in the insanity of the medina. The staff is very helpful, the rooms are nice and there’s a bar, which was necessary after a crazy night trying to navigate the Medina trying to get back to the hotel.
