“This is a super nice holiday inn. The staff was very friendly & professional. The room was clean & quiet, very comfortable. The breakfast was great! Would definitely stay again!!! ”

“Pool not open ”

“The breakfast menu was adequate, the staff was nice, the room was cooled and clean, bed was comfortable.”

“This La Quinta needs a face-lift. I stayed there eight years ago, and it was nice. I won't stay there again. It was dirty and dingey. The gold chair was so dirty that I wouldn't sit in it. It was also coming apart.”

“The Baer House exceeded our expectations. It was furnished with so many unique 1800’s pieces. The breakfast was delicious. Latonya was a wonderful hostess. She was kind, friendly and knowledgeable about the house and the furnishings.”

“Good- parked in front of room. Poor- friendliness of staff, room condition (bathroom door off hinge, lighting poor in room. Not worth price paid. ”

“The hotel was clean and the staff were available, it was adequate. The building is just old and has been used hard. There were no amenities. It was a nuisance that everything and everybody had to go through the main entrance, and all the others were closed. Something functioning keycards fix at most places. The price I paid was twice what it was worth, considering it was barely occupied. The attached casino is the old ashtray type. The Casino next door was much nicer and walkable. I probably……

“Room was very clean but had a funny smell. Parking was easy and location was great to walk downtown. Pool area was locked so we didn’t explore it. There’s plenty of green space outside hotel for dogs and quiet walking streets. Guests ring a bell for staff and they are very friendly.”

“Staff was excellent. Facilities where clean and well maintained. We stayed in the room next to the pool. Voices could be heard in the room next door because of connection through air vents. Was not a problem for us but might be for others.”
