“We booked on Expedia, smooth check in! Hotel seems fairly new, well kept! Our only bump in the road: sheets appeared not changed, we found (2) hairs, ugh! We called front desk, we were told we could come get a fresh set! We did, & changed them. Comp breakfast was above expectations! We would stay here again!!! ”

“Coffee hit the spot.very good Starbucks coffee. Carpenter bees swarming in the back terrace not allowing us to sit outside and enjoy the balcony. Bed not very comfortable.”

“This place is terrible. The room was dirty. It smelled like musty, mildew, and mold. There was mold or mildew on the closet door. The lock on the front door was loose. Screws are falling out. The floors were dirty like they’ve never been vacuumed. The lamps were broken, rusted, and falling apart. Everything about this place was disgusting. Do not go here. We unfortunately had to stay. It was late at night. I have a toddler and there were no other options. We slept on top of the covers and left……

“If you’re looking for a real historical place to stay, this is it. Very well maintained..bathrooms in our building, Halpino, was excellent..all redone. Bed very comfortable, floors creeked but very old building. Breakfast was at another building you could walk too. Was excellent and fancy. Was in a further area from historic downtown but easy drive. Historic it is perfect for Vicksburg.”
