"Rooms cleaned every day and trash taken out. Rooms are a good size, ours had two queens. Bathroom decent size too, plenty of towels, changed each day. Facilities are great, the pool is excellent with a pool bar and cafe where you can get breakfast, lunch or just a snack. There is also lobby bar for evenings as well as pool bar, stays open to 11. Ideally placed with trolley bus stop outside for I drive, short drive to Disney one way and universal the other. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay"

"We really enjoyed this affordable hotel for our trip to Universal. The room was nice (a bit cold even with the AC off) and we would’ve liked the bathroom light to have had its own switch (it turned on the sink and main entryway) but overall it was perfect. The shuttles were easy to use and the food options were good."

"The stay was fine however we are a family of 4 and there was not enough bathroom counter space as well as a lack of hooks to hang our towels so many ended up on the floor which made us need more. Also, I wish there were more time options for the shuttle to universal. Other than that it was fine."

"I was so grateful that I was able to change my reservation date due to the weather. The staff was so accommodating, and the end is perfectly situated in town. You can walk everywhere, there’s great views, great food, plenty to do and also plenty of opportunities to relax!"

"I stayed here with my husband and two children, ages 7 and 9. We had the best time! The pool area is fantastic, the variety of breakfast, lunch, and dinner foods was helpful, and a Starbucks on site?! A dream. The room was clean, and our needs ( like extra blankets ) were seen to quickly. Every member of staff we encountered were friendly and everyone seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs. We will absolutely stay here again!"
