"The pool is great and one of the pools in the areas that actually close later which is great. Food is actually pretty good at the cafe. Just wish the arcade inside was open 24 hours. Rooms were clean and spacious!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Absolutely Love Loews Portofino Bay Hotel!** We absolutely love staying at Loews Portofino Bay Hotel! From the moment you walk in, the resort smells **SO good** and everything is beautiful and incredibly clean. After a long day at the theme parks, it was so nice to come back to a clean and comfortable room every night. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming, and there are plenty of great cafés and restaurants right at the resort, which made things so convenient. We were also pleasantly surprised with a **complimentary upgrade to a Deluxe Room**, which gave our family some extra space and made our stay even more comfortable. One of the biggest perks of staying here is the **unlimited Express Pass** included with our stay for Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. It made such a huge difference during our theme park days! We also loved having **Early Park Admission**, as well as the convenient bus transportation and water taxi to the parks. After busy days riding rides and exploring the parks, coming back to this beautiful, relaxing resort was exactly what we needed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Loews Portofino Bay Hotel! ❤️🏨✨"

"Enjoyed our stay, beautiful hotel and excellent staff! My only complaint is while waiting outside in the heavy rain for bus back to the hotel, myself and approximately 30 other people waited 40-45 minutes for the bus. I realize that the weather is no one’s fault but when everyone complained the bus driver was very dismissive. Other than that we had a great experience and would definitely stay at Sapphire Falls again"
