“This was advertised as "rustic" but was actually beyond rough. Dirty and in disrepair. Unsafe and unsanitary. Missing smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector. Dust and grime built up in the vents and windowsills. Black mold on the walls and ceilings. Messaged with the host ahead of time and was mislead on the state of this accomodation. Found it was totally uninhabitable. Took photos and reported to VRBO and was fully refunded by the platform based on those pics alone. ”

“This was the most perfect cabin for a winter weekend getaway! Everything was cozy, comfortable and in good working order. The hot tub overlooking the river on a snowy winter day, or on a clear night watching the stars, was amazing. Robert was super responsive and attentive to any needs we may have had. Highly recommend! We're already looking forward to bringing our whole family back next year!”

Stove needs replacement (oven does not close, only small burners work), microwave needs replacement (can’t open), screen door handle lower level needs replacement (will close and lock you out). Stove and microwave big deal. Since replacement is relatively easy. Current ones are old and I can’t believe I’m the 1st to complain. ”

“Outstanding overall experience! Great communication with the owner and the cabin was everything a person could ask for and then some. Easy check-in, super clean, and great Wi-Fi service. Access to roads and highways was very convenient. If you're in the area and need a place to stay, do yourself a favor and book one of these tiny cabins. It's a win-win that will keep you coming back.
