“The property is not accessible for elderly, disabled, or families with small children. There were three parking spots at the top of a precarious and steep hill. If it’s full you park at the bottom of the hill and make the trek up. Also we had a family emergency and had to check out at 5:30 am, when I went to turn the key in according to instructions given and get my final billing; I had to wake her from the back room and she was clearly not a morning person and was overly rude and...
