“Great initial experience, finding the block after a 12 hour flight was a challenge, directions to the block could be better. Back door leading to balcony, the lock wasn't working on it, the staff communicated with me via email very well. Told me the door lock had been examined and was fine, I'm Not convinced. Great apartment, but that made me feel unsafe. ”

“Literally one of the worst places I have ever stayed. I do not recommend this location at all. There is no one on site to assist if an issue arises and when trying to contact the staff when I encountered issues I either did not receive a response at all or when I did on a few occasions it was incredibly delayed. When I arrived at the location in the evening I found that there was discarded broken furniture and a broken scooter on the lawn in the front of the building. The building was worn down……
