“Chalet dated but very clean and well equipt. Fabulous location and we sat outside on the decking frequently. Very close to a main trainline into London but we knew this as visiting friends having previously lived in Broxbourne. Didn't bother us. Sofa not comfortable to sit & enjoy TV. Very hard. Only other negative was the twin beds. Despite the mattress toppers, the springs in the mattresses have gone. They do need replacing. Sadly we had an uncomfortable few nights sleep! ”

“Had a wonderful stay at the 2-bed flat in East London! The living room's abundant sunlight and stylish decor created a cozy atmosphere. The flat's prime location near Westfield Shopping Centre and the London Olympic Park was super convenient, and the fast WiFi and dedicated work-from-home setup were great for remote work. The fully equipped kitchen and the host's attention to detail made the stay comfortable. Plus, with close proximity to both Central Line and Elizabeth Line stations, commuting……

“Everything was nice and clean. Flat is in a good, quiet neighborhood and I was impressed. Some of the appliances were hard to figure out to use i.e the hob/stove.”

“Visiting Chingford (where I'm from) From New Zealand is a pain, so having somewhere comfortable in a good location helped a lot! Rebecca's house was lovely, spacious and comfortable - and Rebecca is an accommodating host! The location was perfect with easy access into central London, for those days when we didn't want to travel into central we were able to explore the beauty of Epping forest as it was on our doorstep! I highly recommend the property and we will most certainly be booking again……

“The space was exactly as advertised although the use of the washer/dryer was a little unclear as it is listed but in the check in website only indicates the maid’s usage. And the machine door was difficult to open to the point it had me questioning if it was locked or broken. Host was very responsive but for this matter I did not reach out so that is no fault of theirs. The flat was a 12 minute walk from the tube and bus stops at either end of the street so easily accessible. Would stay again……

“I was extremely surprised. This was a hidden gem! I was surprised it was equipped with all amenities; kettle, toaster, microwave, dining seating as well as a 2-ring stove. A really lovely accommodation, we were taken aback. The property owner was lovely, pleasant and friendly, he really took the time to show us where everything was. We will most definitely be staying here again in the future.”

“Would totally stay here again! Everything was nice and new. Quite compact (especially the bedroom/bathroom areas) but it was entirely comfortable for a solo traveller like me :) It’s a private apartment attached to the host’s house, but you’ll have your own separate entrance to the outside, which makes it easy to come and go as you please. The neighbourhood was absolutely lovely, and felt very safe. Transit is conveniently located right at the end of the street, so I was able to commute……

“A business trip and had a commercial meeting at ESSAX suite, everything was well! Service was nice, restaurant offers typical British breakfast. Only a problem, the air conditioner will be re-set to the low temperature randomly. ”
