"The only place we stayed that didn't have a confusing missing item or weird design feature. The TV did not have amy streaming services, but good Italian channels. The living room was large and bright, and everything worked. It even has a dryer, which is unusual in Europe. The property manager wasn't very communicative, as I asked three times if a late checkout was possible, and they didn't respond. "This was such a cute apartment! Giada was wonderful with communicating with us and gave us directions to the property from the bus station in Venice. Even though we arrived on a national holiday, she still came to the property to show us around and let us know where certain stores and restaurants were, this was very much appreciated. The property was very beautiful, clean and had working air conditioning, which was gratefully welcomed in the middle of a August. Murano was much quieter than...

The team was very responsive to our questions, and Dario helped us navigate first to the office and then to the property itself.
