"The room 327 was freezing because the heating system broke down. The hotel was unable to fix it despite a couple of attempts. Its technican suggested that we change the room the day after. It was very difficult to open or close the door because the door frame was not straight enough. Overall, the hotel is very old. There is a good thing though.
