Beautiful 10th floor unit across the street from the beach. No court sports.

The Beach and Tennis Club is still recovering from Hurricane Ian in 2022. The pools will be open in February. The tennis, pickleball, bocce, and shuffleboard courts won't be completed until the summer of 2025. There will be construction in the complex until then.
The unit is great! The beach is great! The pricing is discounted to reflect the inconvenience for amenity reconstruction.
