“This hotel should never be given a rating of more than a 3/10\. The sheets were stained, the room smelled like too much cleaning product that I could taste it. The pillows were flat, old and soiled. The drape might as well been clear because it didn’t block the sun at 7am. Every sound in neighbors room and hallway was heard. It seemed shady where it could have been a rent by the hour. “at least 10 long hair stocked in the Tub. Broken Button at the Jazzuci. Water was Too Dirty with many Hair. Late check out had to ask again and again, so this was so annoying. Room was NOT ready until 4:47 Pm. , BUT NO one said Sorry for that, and NO Compensation for it. Late check out until 12:30 in the morning, and this policy made customer couldn't sleep well.
