Natural Bridge State Park Tours

I booked two rooms for my family for one night after we went to Kings Island. While at Kings Island I get a charge of $187 which was the price of one room with tax. Okay then we go to check in and they inform me that they need to run my card for both rooms and a $50 deposit for each room. I said well I paid for one already and they informed me that, that was just a pre-authorization. So for one night two room $700 came out of my bank account when the rooms was just $159 a piece. CRAZY I asked how long it would take to get the money back they said the next day which was a lie I got it back 5 days later. The pool was not heated, and the rooms was not very clean. No bedding or pillows was provided in the rooms for the sofa bed. Phones didnt work in the room. Not a good experience at all.

The breakfast buffet had good selections. The room was clean and spacious. Staff were helpful. The pool was well cared for. The facility is old but well-maintained.

Check in was a little difficult as I had booked it close to arrival. There was used utensils in the sink but for the most part the place was clean.
